 Gary Johnston from Hillsboro NJ has a place up in Duck and makes a deep sea fishing trip every fall for his friends from work. This year had all the ingredients for a great time. Perfect weather and lots of action from blackfin and yellowfin tuna. We had the blackfin bites most of the morning and seeing we had enough I moved on up the line to look for some yellowfin bites in the 74 degree water around the 680 hole, which put us about 35 miles SE of Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. Sure enough we had 6 or eight bites from the yellowfin and that just about filled the box. Thanks again and see you next year |
