 Saturday April 24 was the first trip for the Sea Note after returning from Spencer's boatyard in Wanchese.
You guessed it rightouta the gate; left rigger blue marlin on an 80W Kelly Albright landed the fish in about 45 minutes. The bluefins found us 30 minutes later and Tom Castelvecchi put a 188 pound-er on the deck in a unique display of angling ability. The OBX bike is drawing to close however; the fishing for next week is just heating up. |
